Rocky Mountain Gutters & Maintenance has installed, repaired, and fabricated roofs and metal across the Western Slope of Colorado since 1990. Headquartered in Glenwood Springs, we serve Aspen, Snowmass, Basalt, Carbondale, and the broader Roaring Fork Valley with residential roofing, specialty roofing for custom homes, metal roofing and siding, and full-service custom metal fabrication.
Most of our business comes from repeat customers, referrals from architects and builders we've worked with for years, and homeowners who saw our work on a neighbor's property. That's the only metric we really care about.

Our History
We've been roofing and fabricating metal on the Western Slope since 1990, and in that time the business has evolved with the valley itself. As Aspen-area homes have moved increasingly toward metal roofs and metal siding — for wildfire mitigation, insurance qualification, and architectural reasons — we've built the in-house metal shop, materials inventory, and crew specialization to do that work at the highest level.
Today, Rocky Mountain Gutters & Maintenance is one of the few contractors on the Western Slope that handles roofing and architectural metal fabrication under one roof. That's the difference on a custom build — and it's why builders and architects in Aspen, Snowmass, and Glenwood Springs keep coming back.

Rocky Mountain Gutters and Maintenance
Rocky Mountain Gutters & Maintenance carries the name Mike Riley built — Rocky Mountain Gutters and Maintenance, Inc., the Glenwood Springs company he grew over more than 35 years in the trade. What started with gutters grew into roofing, architectural sheet metal, and custom fabrication for everything from small repairs to multi-million-dollar mountain homes.
Mike Riley earned a reputation across the Western Slope the hard way: by showing up, doing the work right, and treating a small gutter job with the same care as a custom build. That standard is the foundation everything here is built on.
The name over the door is the one Mike built his reputation on — and the shop, the crews, and the way the work gets done are the same. Same phone number, same address on 20th Street, same people who have served this valley for years — now with deeper resources, materials, and support behind them through PRQ Exteriors.
